When we found out that that we had a gluten and egg allergy in our household, we looked around for a long time for a bread that was safe to eat but also was something that was delicious.
On a trip to Mother’s Market a few years ago is when we noticed a bread called Bread Srsly sourdough loaf. We looked up their website and wanted to know the story behind their product as well as what values they have.
At the time of this writing, they were certified gluten free and certified vegan which instantly ticked off the allergy boxes. To add to that, they are:
- Free from the top 8 allergens.
- Made with minimal ingredients.
- Made in a dedicated facility.
